These apartments are as ghetto as they come, loud people, loud music, parties, cars double parked everywhere, broken swings in the play area (filled with more mud than woodchips) the front gate is always broken from people climbing them or pushing them open, impolite tenants, they never fix any of the problems you have in the apartments, I lived there for almost 11 years and they decided to fix everything AFTER I lefft and charge me for the repairs that should have been made a LONG TIME AGO!! broken washer and dryers because of people trying to steal the quarters THEY put in, parents let their kids run wild outside, LOTS of arguing and fighting , Lots of drugs being sold everywhere, including the maintenance guy and the manager who actually parties with the loud tenants, people doing drugs in their cars and in the laundry rooms, cars being stolen and broken into and even egged from the visitors of the tenants, there has been at least 6 different managers there from what I can remember, the police are always there, drive by shootings, pets running wild as well, hadly anybody has a REAL job because they all sell drugs so they're always home, and to top it all off the 1st apartment when you drive in is the most ghetto 1 of them all, with blankets for curtains, the loud music and people, people hanging out of the windows that they broke the screens off of, trying to argue with everyone who comes in, and just plain making the apartments look bad. I'm glad we finally moved out and I would rather live in a shelter than go back there! and I can still go on about these apartments!
