The main staff consists of Tom and Rebecca. Rebecca wavers in her mood and helpfulness. Tom is helpful and seems knowledgeable but he could also just be talking out of his rear...
I moved in and the kitchen was missing all cabinetry, shelves, and drawers (makes me wonder what in the world the tenants before me did...). It's been over a month now and there's still drawers missing so I'm forced to live out of boxes. They randomly entered without asking and left a mess when installing the cabinets that were available.

The grounds are nice and the security at night are nice. The mail boxes are in the front of the building so it's a bit inconvenient, but I'm also pretty lazy. Maintenance staff are friendly so my only tiff was front desk staff...

I live downstairs and I rarely hear the people upstairs. Since I live right off the river in the way back it's really nice with a breeze. With the fans on all the time I don't need to run the air much. Knowing the Sac summers that says a lot. The kids of the complex seem to like to scream as if they are dying at all hours of the day, though.

Laundry is 24/7 with the quiet front loaders that are energy effienct so that's nice.

All and all the place is nice, but since I'm big on staff service I'm not totally enthusiastic.

I've lived here since Jan. 2002. I've found that getting along with office staff is easier with a smile and kind words. I've never had a problem, and any maintenance issues have been dealt with immediately. And, there's never been a mess left behind. I like the place. I would definitely recommend it. I live over the pool and with the exception of some apartment dwellers who were drunk skinny-dipping a couple of years ago at 3AM - it's also never been a problem. Besides, the sounds of kids playing "Marco Polo" in the afternoons brings back pleasant memories! The proximity to the river is a definite plus. Big trees a plus.
