Great neighborhood, friendly staff and tenants, beautiful courtyard area. There is limited off street parking, well lit courtyard and parking area, locked dumpsters and recycle bins. On-site laundry, allows small pets. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance, close to grocery store, and close access to I-80, I-50, and 99.
