I don't move in for another 2 weeks, but I am so excited about this place! Crown moldings throughout, ceiling fans in the living and bedroom, 4 cable hook-ups, a walk-in closet located in the spacious bathroom, and a large covered patio with a view that overlooks a man-made lake with the city skyline in the background. I pay $75 per month extra for a nice sized garage, and carport is included. Did I mention the full-sized washer dryer in the unit' Not to forget the microwave, dishwasher, pantry closet, and stone countertops. Everything is brand new since the place has only been open for 2 months---I'm the first to live here!

The area is very new and more upscale, the building is directly across from a side entrance to Arco Arena. Folks who know the area say traffic on game nights can be averted via backstreets, and the shopping centers are incredible! I won't have to leave the area unless I want to! And I've saved the incredible move-in special for last....$99 deposit, no app fee, and the 1rst 2 months rent paid in full! I dont owe a dime until March 1, 2004. Now I can buy new furniture with a deal like this!!!!
