I love it here

I love living at Granite Point. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. All my maintenance requests were completed within a day or two. I have never had a problem with any of the staff. They have wonderful move-in specials (2 months free rent) and great referral programs too ($250 off for the resident that referred the new person & $250 for the person moving in too!) I already have 3 referrals- $750 off rent!
The apartments are large, luxury style units, with crown molding throughout the unit. I love the washer and dryer in the unit. I have never had a problem with parking. I have a carport, but my husband parks in an uncovered space. He has never had a problem finding parking. In fact, there are numberous (at least 7 or 8) spaces right next to our apartment.
The only concerns I had moving into the apartment were:
1. No elevators (I'm on the first floor)
2. Arco Arena traffic- it's actually not too bad. During Kings games you can't turn left out of the complex onto Truxel, but backroads are available.
3. Small fitness center & business center- Though the fitness and business center are somewhat small, I have never had a problem with them. I use them all the time & I am usually the only person there. Never had an issue.
Overall, I love living at Granite Point. Don't be fooled by the negative comments from other residents.
