Do not rent here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/16/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   this place is awful,I mean it could be good well...decent if security was enforced so that car theft was not happening night after night.Our car was broken into 2 times and finally stolen and found stripped.After meeting with other residents we have learned that almost every resident has had issues with either their cars being broken into or stolen. Some had theres stolen within the first few weeks upon moving in. There have been numerous complaints to the manager about the security shes hired not doinf their job yet still nothing has been done. We have been telling her for several months that its getting worse.Something needs to be done we are wanting out of the lease because of the high theft risk in living here. I advise those looking for houseing to seek it elsewhere because this place is overpriced and does not deliver anything special.
