Looks Are Deceiving - Not Livable

Management could care less about any issue you as a tenant might have. Their focus is on renting vacant units, period. Everything's a sham to make you think the place is nice--which it isn't. Drugs are sold, cars drag race, couples fight, cops are called and stereos (in cars and in apts.) are blasted. Management is oblivious and won't hesitate to remind you that they are not responsible for anything that happens on their premises (e.g. any damage to your personal property). Granite Point prices are totally ridiculous considering the majority of roomates and singles they rent the apartments to are inconsiderate, dirty and loud people with inconsiderate, dirty and loud friends--all of which have forgotten how to be decent.
