Ok certainly not BAD, but for the money' I'd go elsewhere. My credit took a turn for the worse and I can't get approved anywhere else so here I am. I had good credit when I applied so I'm stuck here.
DO NOT get a second floor apartment or at least make sure the people upstairs aren't jerks. I can't do ANYTHING without them complaining. Not to mention I can hear everything they do...though understanding that this is an apartment I haven't complained like they have. I haven't had my stereo on in months..even on VERY LOW.
The tile in the kitchen and bathroom drives me to distraction. It's not nice at all and you have to get on your hands and knees to actually clean it as mops just don't work.
The office staff has always been friendly and helpful to me and my apartment faces the water which is nice..and is near the mailboxes which is also nice but if you're on the other side of the property you have to hitchhike to mail and trash. That must suck!
Basically its just too expensive. If you're looking for Natomas. McKenzie Apartments are beautiful..

I am a resident at Granite Point as well. I would have to disagree with this residents point of view. I live on a first floor and I have no problems with my neighbor above. We are all friendly with each other and have had no issues. I live in the back in Bldg.15 and it is no big deal to simpply pick up my mail on the way in, as I drive past the mail box every day. I shopped around to all the communities in the area and found Granite Point to be the best for the $$$. They have great move in incentives and take care of us as residents with excellent customer service! BEST EXPERIENCE OF ALL MY YEARS OF LIVING IN APTS!!
