Cheap Construction, Noisy, Not Worth The Money

This is absolutely the worst apartment I have ever lived in. The construction is so cheap I'm positive they didn't put any insulation materials between apartment walls and floors to cut costs. I live on the ground floor and I can hear people on the third floor. Then when someone moved in to the second floor above me I thought it was a herd of elephants living up there. I've never lived in an apartment where I can hear the opening and closing of the kitchen drawers in the apartment above, and the apartment to the side of me. Nobody seems to know how to keep these stupid self-closing front doors from slaming shut. I guess everyone here is to lazy to hold the door handle and ease the door closed. All evening long you know when someone is entering or leaving their apartment in your building. They just push the door open and let it slam by itself behind them. If you absolutely positively have to live here definitely do not get an apartment facing Truxel Rd. With the cheap construction and lack of any sound insulation material the traffic noise of cars driving up and down Truxel 24 hours a day is enough to wake the dead. If your sound asleep in the middle of the night and a motorcycle drives by, forget it, your restful nights sleep is shot. God, only 9 more weeks till my lease is up and I'm out of this hell hole. I haven't had a good nights sleep in the 4 months I've lived here. I moved from a cheaper, older, apartment complex thinking I was moving up. What a mistake!! I'm paying $300 more a month to live in something constructed not much better than a cardboard box. Hopefully my old apartment complex has my old apartment still available.
