Nice Apartments From: fadingstarr Date posted: 10/27/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I live here now. The staff is nice and maintenance always responds. It's pricy, but lots of places are. I'm on the second floor and don't have problems with noise at all. At times I can hear my next door neighbors in my bathroom when they are in their bathroom, but that's it. Oh, and you can hear when front doors close. But other than that, it's very peaceful and nice. I always see the security gaurds patrolling. The landscape is pretty and the insides of the apartments are very nice. (I DO live in the newer section of the apartments though.) My only complaint is on nights when the Kings play, they block the entrance to the apartments one way so you have to go up a street and make a u-turn.
