Ths is the worse run apartment complex in Sacramento. You will find trash and dog feces throughout the complex grounds and even couches in the stair wells. The office is not open when they say it is going to be open and good luck trying to get someone to answer the phone when you have a question or problem. The weight room is dirty and is always out of water. There is a lot of crime on the property grounds as well, cars are stolen or broken into almost every night, and the security people working are convicted felons probably involved with the cars getting broken into. Outside of all of these issues inside the apartment is pretty nice.

I have to strongly disagree. I have never seen dog feces. I have a dog myself and they have dog stations planted on the community grounds for "responsible" adults to use, though unfortunately some adults aren't responsible and mature enough to clean up after their animals. And the gym....I'm always in there and it's always clean...there is even a towel dispensor for peoples access to clean the equipment after each use. Though I have to admit there has been many times where there is no water...but if I'm working out at night after the business office hours are closed and there is no water how is that the offices responsibility? Most likely it ran out after hours, so bring your own water bottle and stop complaining. It seems to be working for me. Hmmmmmm....just a thought you could of thought on your own. I love it here! I have been here for a year and a half and am very happy. I do agree that the security needs to be more on professional, though after talking to the office staff I found out that they are hiring a new security which made me feel good knowong that they really are here doing all they can to make this a wonderful place to live.
