A little ghetto! People skidding out of the parking lot. Very obnoxious. Great layouts, but the leasing agents are not truthful! We were lied to about so many different aspects to moving in. They told us there was a thick slab of concrete between each floor and there's no way you could hear people. We were also told we would not be charged for painting and such when we moved out. You are stupid. Did you bother reading your lease?? That is your own fault. The lease clearly states that you can be charged a fee per wall that has to be painted. And you are also stupid if you consider it being ghetto because of people "skidding out of the parking lots. Umm, did you fail to notice that there aren't parties every night, or 50 children running around?? That is ghetto.

There are parties on my side. And people are ghetto. Drug dealers are constanly parking in my PAID spot. I know they are dealers because you can smell the pot standing beside their cars! I think smp234 must be a manager, or someone that's being paid to argue. If so, she/he is not doing a good job. Ignorant.
