Granite Point apartments are nice, just not nice enough for what they charge in rent. At first glance you see what appears to be luxury. Then you soon notice all the corners that were cut.
If you're looking for luxury, look on. If you're looking for anything other than a regular apartment, delayed or ignored maintenance request and a staff that will bend over backwards to get you to rent then occasionally ignore you, this is the place.
I'm not sure if the staff was trained by future slum lords or if they just lack training all together. A couple girls had very little "people skills" or compassion for tenants.
Also, you'll never be lonely. Mice and/or pest will soon drop by to welcome you, in spite of your apartment's cleanliness.
It's a cute place to live and in a great location, but that's the only thing I found "great" about Granite Point apartments.

I am not quite sure what sort of shabby operation these people are intending on running, but they succeed with flying colors. There was a leak in the pipes underneath the sink and I begged them to fix it but they refused to do so unless I paid for it and fixed it first and they would reimburse my time and materials. When I asked them to tow a car from my reserved spot, they told me that the only way they would move the car was if it was proven that the car was someone elses. They refused to do anything until I showed them the title and registration of the car in the spot, but how the hell would I ever get that!? It wasn't my car!! When I had originally moved in, I had become decently friendly with the Property Manager. Over the next 6 months, I was alarmed by the incessant visits I was paid not to mention the mysterious charges and fees I had accrued when I refused to have drinks (I do not drink or do drugs, to the Property Manager's disappointment). Anyway, there is NO reason for you to even consider this place a decent area to live in. They will make every attempt to ruin your peace and destroy your state of mind!!

When I first came in to talk to the managers, I witnessed something that made me almost puke. Not only was the manager shirtless, but his zipper was unzipped, and the UPS boy was about 2 feet away. I would not suggest these apartments to anyone, unless you are into that kinda of activities.
