Okay another stupid person. So many complaints, but why not stop and think for a minute. Who made you live here at granite point. Did someone threaten you in to moving here???? Seriously doubt it. Oh, and another reminder. YOU LIVE IN A F**KING APARTMENT. OF COURSE YOU WILL HEAR YOUR NEIGHBORS STUPID. DON'T LIKE THE S**T YOU DEAL WITH WHEN YOU LIVE IN AN APARTMENT THEN BUY A F**KING HOUSE!!!!!!!

Is this person serious?!!! The staff is not in any way shape or form responsible to call residents when they have a package. It is a courtesy that they even except packages in the first place. The person delivering the package is supposed to put a note on the door and then deliver it to the office. So get over it baby! As far as them answering the phone when they are signing leases get over that too. They try to give their attention to who they work with I am sure. People are so rediculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What's with the profanity? Is this a manager's response? I guess it doesn't matter; either way, the vile anger exhibited here verges on psychotic. Get some help!

Here is my question...are the companies that are delivering thing actually going up to the apartments and attempting to deliver the items. And if it is courtesy to accept the packages, then they should make pretty darn sure that the company attempted to deliver to the apartment. If not, how do we know they are not stealing packages. I know it seems a bit far fetched...but it is still possible. I have had the same experiences with this same apartment complex and yes am I the one who chose to live there... but that was under the impression that the staff was honest and reliable. Everytime I go into the office to pay rent, ask a question... what have you. They are all sitting in the back. And there are times when I almost have to go back there to get someone to help me. I understand apartment living comes with its noise and desturbance. But my mail is my mail. And I know first hand that the companies are not tring to deliver to the apartments. I am a person who tracks my packages I know are coming. According to FedEx a packages was delivered at 5:51 pm. I WAS HOME and had been for a hours. SO if the apartment is going to accept packages as a courtesy... they should notifies us as well OR not accept them. It's that simple.

I've had horrible experiences myself. No one forced me to move in, but as where myview101 said, they lie. I can hear the guy above me peeing! It's horrible! And trying to get anything fixed or done doesn't work! They don't want to help you, and they make that quite clear.

if you were tracking your packages, you would know when to just go to the office and pick it up. it is the FedEx's responsibility to leave a notice on your door, not the office staff to play mail man! and if you suspect that you may have a package waiting for you, no one is stopping you from calling and asking!
