I have an apartment as a corporate lease and have foud it to be a nicely kept place.
Yes you hear the garbage trucks twice a week and I am on the Truxel side so I hear the traffic.
The pool and spa area are well maintained.
I would have liked it better to have had the fence and gate in place before I left but.....
I had a neighbor move in with a 2 year old that would jump on the floor but I never hear the other neighbors or the washer/dryers or radios
