I lived there for a year, overpaid on rent for virtually no amenities at all. I cleaned the place spotless before i moved out, even had maintenance come look & tell me what I needed to fix before leaving so I wouldn't be charged. He said that everything looked pretty good & I should get some of my deposit back. Well, just like i thought, not only did i not get any money back, the ------- sent me a bill for $4.86. They claim i left the sinks dirty which is a total lie; also that i left nail holes in the wall which is --------. Not only did i buy spackle to patch them up, i touched up the paint over them as well. They rob you blind, don't expect to see a dime of your deposit when you move out. They charge to repaint the apartment which is something every other apartment i've lived in has done without charge to me. They should absorb the cost of getting the apartment ready for the next tenant, they get more than enough rent to cover those minimal costs. It's a decent place to live but no amenities, 1 pool & 1 5 person spa for almost 400 apartments. More & more ghetto style people renting, and the rent is horribly high for getting nothing. Lastly, the females that work in the office are nothing but bitches that smile to your face while robbing you blind. Don't let the cleavage they flash misguide you!

this is so scary as i am about to move out and have been trying very hard to keep it up in here... totally scary.
