Best in Natomas From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/10/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   As far as apartments in Sacramento I found that after living in two other apartments in this area this is by far the best. I shopped around and felt the best customer service as soon as I walked in the office. I felt like they were genuinely trying to find what worked best for me. While walking to the model we passed by a maintenance man and he said hello and was very nice. The grounds look beautiful and they even have held 2 neighborhood watch meetings since I lived here(only about 3 and a half months) which was very encouraging. It's fair to say that Sacramento's crime rate is not good but I think the gates help(of course nothing is 100% going to keep anybody out..people will always get in but it will slow them down for sure)and there is night security which I have seen several times. The one thing I know is hard is parking. Parking is scarce if you come home really late at night so that could be better. I reccomend Granite Point if you are wanting to be in this area. I lived at Villagio and Miramonte and I say hell no if you are thinking about one of those! I will renew my lease after my 6 months is up and plan on staying here until I buy a house a year or two from now. :o)
