I just moved to Sacramento and I looked at MANY different complexes in Natomas before deciding to move here. I liked the office staff more than any other complex, I liked the apartment layout more than any other complex and I'll recommend it to my friends.

It is THE best lit complex we saw...bright lights near all buildings and stairwells, the grounds have plenty of light as well. Parking usually isn't an issue...only once did I have to park more than 200 feet from my building.

Maintenance is prompt and the neighbors in MY building are quiet. There is another building with loud tenants that I can hear when I get home late at night...so I'm glad I don't live near them.

Gates are great, except if you get stuck behind someone visiting who can't figure out how to call from the call box...nothing like waiting in line to go through the gate.

And yes, common sense does need to apply when dealing with your property...don't leave your expensive iPod or PDA in plain sight...c'mon lets be grown ups here.
