My husband and I have lived here for a year now and have been overall pleased with all aspects. The staff have always been helpful, courteous and we have had no problems whatsover with any of them...I still love to grab a cup of coffee, bottle of water or cookie when I stop in there and am greeted warmly. We have a 1 car garage and do be prepared that only small-medium small autos will fit and we also have a big pickup truck but normally never have trouble parking close to our unit. I do think for our 1 bedroom unit it is pricey, but many times when we have come home late we see the nite guard patrolling and that is worth it to me right there. We had moved from South Natomas to North Natomas where we had enjoyed cable tv but now have to use Dish Network and a satellite that isn't quite as good, but I'm hopeful cable coming very soon. The AT&T hi speed internet is fine. After my 1 year here, I would comfortably recommend the complex.
