I was a little aprehensive about moving in after I read some of the previous reviews on here. Remember people: it's an apartment complex that you're living in. After a year, I'm still happy with my choice to move here.
After living in apartments in Downtown Sac for years, I was tired of paying a mortgage payment ($2200 mnth) to rent a new apartment, and unwilling to live in an older home/apartment. Natomas isn't the greatest place, but I was able to find a cheaper, nearly new apartment to live in. Yes, Granite Point is not a "luxury" complex, but for the price, and the amenities that it does have, I'm very happy. Once you get past the fact that there are plastic sinks in the bathrooms (weird) and there is not one ounce of granite in the apartments ("Granite" Point), it's a great place to live.
