they say they are wired for cable which they are not! if you live in the back building you are unable to get satellite signal therefore you MUST go with at&t which the apartment has a contract with for double the price of anything else out there! you have to pay water, sewer and garbage, which i have never heard of in an apartment on top of the renters insurance that is required. we moved here to save money and although our rent is less than our old apartment our bills have ended up higher. we haven't saved anything!
the staff is friendly and maintenance is quick and decent, but otherwise i will not renew our lease!
