while it's a bit overpriced, living here is hassle free and clean, safe. alot of these reviews appear to be people spewing negative energy anonymously- when something goes wrong like a clogged sink the maintenance is there within an hour day or night. I had people over plenty of times in the wee hours and never had a formal noise complaint- the security patrol are nice guys. Parking isnt bad... i had to break my lease and the management worked out a payment plan- something alot of places won't do. They don't make it very easy to recycle here that's one problem. i lived here for a year & a half in a 1br with a gas fireplace on the third floor... experienced one rent increase of $30 per month (to $1090) so yea it's a tad overpriced but other than that, nice place. beware of truxel being blocked off when kings games let out
