These apartments are ok, but most def not the nicest in Natomas!

I signed a year lease here and I am just about done with it, thank god! Granite Point is pretty average from what I've seen. Compared to some of the newer ones they're kind of crappy. I only have a few complaints I'd like to share with anyone thinking about renting from here.. I am on the third floor and any peep I make the down stairs neighbors like to complain about. The neighbors next door to us have never said a word. The parking SUCKS! I can never have guests over without it taking them about 10 to 20 minutes to find parking. It's ridiculous. Someone even parked in my assigned parking spot, luckily I didn't have them towed.
It has gotten quite noisey here in the past 6 months. People have moved in our building who like to think they're in the music industry and love to play and blast there music all day long. I'm pretty sure they're the same people who DOUBLE PARK they're CARMAX SUV. Hahaha. Yes they're double parking like it's a Ferrari! Another thing you might want to consider is that pretty much everyone owns a DOG here. I love animals, but we live in apartments people! They leave there dogs locked up all day and they're constantly barking. My down stairs neighbors who finally moved out kept there two chihuahuas outside on their patio all damn day and they would bark at any sound!! Make sure not to try and clean your walls because the paint comes off with the dirt!! Haha. Cheap paint I guess.
Other then that the apartments are nice on the outside and they keep them well maintained.
**Thank goodness they lowered the rent! I pay $1380 and the people underneath me with the same floor plan payed $1200..

I actually like it here. I have no complaints at all, but we live in a building that doesn't have horrible neighbors either. Too bad you got stuck in one. This apartment complex is 1000 times better than Natomas Park apts, where we used to live.
