neighborhood is horrible; Apart of the surveillance cameras everywhere occasionally you will se somebody taking picture of you from behind the closed curtains of the maintenance s guy apartment. Administration is very strange and weird. helicopters and CHP will become your friends at night. Dont't move in unless you have to.
