I just read the last comment and I am disgusted with people. I used to work at Greenhaven Oaks for 2 years...2 years!! I moved most of the residents in there. People have the nerve to say they let who ever move in to get the occupany rate up..that is not true! Have you ever heard of FAIR HOUSING! They get audited all the time, people must pass the credit process to move in. If they get approved and they are not up to your standards too bad!! I still keep in contact with the people that work there because I know how hard it is, they don't have to work there cause they don't get paid crap! Imagine yourself being a babysitter to over 100 adults. Unless you ever worked in the business you can't imagine how hard it is. FAIR HOUSING read up on it, they are folling ConAm's guidelines, if you have a problem with that, talk to the owners. And about cars being stolen, I live in a different state now and that happens everywhere, why would you hold office staff accountable for that. Get insurance to protect yourself. If you don't like it there, save up a money and get a house because apartments are cheap for a reason.

That is so true! I agree with you! So many people are so SENSITIVE and cry like little whiners! Apartments aren't a perfect place and yes if the next nutjob passes the credit and qualifications they are allowed to move in due to CA state laws! Discrimination is not allowed people! And as far as cars being stolen... HELLO! The Pocket area is a really nice area and the thieves are attracted to it because of that. If you don't want your car broken into, get a garage! This is a big city people crime is everywhere! I by the way am a happy resident of the Pocket area thank you.

If you moved most of the these residents in you didn't to a good job screening the tenants. You filled this place because you wanted your job. No tentants no job for you is that right? Wasn't it two years ago you moved the tenant in who had a meth lab that blew up?

The Ghetto Manager is gone and now we have a real manager that has done an a great job cleaning house. Greenhaven oaks is now a nice place to live.
