There were multiple meth lab explosions at Greenhaven Oaks, but of course management failed to tell me this until after I had already moved in.

As you can probably guess, there is absolutely no tenant screening. While I lived here, some guy kept exposing himself to little girls. Management cut back on security without telling anyone, but continued to include security fees in our rent. Staff is unbearably incompetent and rude. There was only one manager who I actually liked, but he escaped as soon as he realized what a dump this place was and ended up working at a complex nearby.

Parking is first come, first serve and so is vandalism. You can complain to management if you want. All they'll do is be condescending and blame everything on you until something bad actually happens to them.

You do not have your facts straight about the meth lab. There was only one meth lab explosion. I have been here over ten years. I agree the managers are not screening the tenants as they should. The manager Judy was among the best. She left and the interim manager was not competent to manager. The manager you speak of was lazy. When he first arrived he was very good but he became lazy. He left to manage another complex, the position paid more. I honestly say I have never had any problems with vandalism. The place has gone down in the past few months. I hope the new manager will do a better job. I never heard about the incident with the girls. Parents must share some reponsibility for the safety of their children. Too many of the children in this complex are outside without parental supervision.

Panighetti. Obviously I left on bad terms, hence the bad review. Duh! Make them pay how? They didn't have a good rating to begin with.
