they were nice apartments but they had Roaches bad thats y i moved...and everyonce in a while im not sure if it was in the complex you would here a gun shot... but the roaches were the big issue.Office management staff are extremely unfriendly, and not helpful with anything at all. Apartments are filled with cockaroaches when first moved in. Any attempt for assistance from management are being ignored. When they finally contact you, staff has an attitude.
I do not advise this place if you are looking

I have lived in this apartment complex for 5 months now and while it can be a bit noisy (neighbors below us), the actual apartment has been nothing but wonderful. The maintenance person has been wonderful! Any time we have had a question or needed anything, he has been friendly and prompt. The staff is very polite (except for the girl who hits on my boyfriend) and has been there any time we have walked by. The one bedroom is small, but perfect for two people just starting out. Only downfall would be wall until a/c and that 47th ave. is a busy street.

From: DD I can only say that the above statement is true. I have lived here for a while now. And believe me it has turned into a dump. Yes! to the roaches of the two legged human kind. For the total month of November we have had 4 robberies at gunpoint. They happen at all times of the day are night. Noisy always! There is only one maintenance person that speaks english. No central air and heating either boy is it hot. And your smud bill sky high. I would say for the rent price don't move here you can do so much better and it's not that much more. Don't be fooled by the kindness at first. Once you sign the lease that's all they care about. Oh! And don't let me forget the car and apartment break-ins:(
