i have seen and smelled drug use. there have been multiple breaking ins to cars, even after the now chained open gate was put in. rude people in management...and far to many changes in the managment in the last 6 months for anything to get done here
the pest problem is really bad black widdows and roaches abound and nothing is done about them unless you take matters into your own hands. the people that live around me are very crude and dont care for the appartments at all, trash piles up and far to many animals get crammed into the small appartments. the kids here are crude cursing and screaming into the night, loud parties and there has even been a ban on owning a BBQ at all because of the multiple almost fires!
and after people move out they just toss a coat of paint up turn the closet doors with huge holes in them around so you cant see them and gloss ove any problems by saying "oh it will be taken care of by the time you move it" and it never does even after months of bugging the office.
there are gas leaks from the stoves in many appartments!!!!!

all in all
save your money and go someplace nicer, unless you want a cheap place to be around

junkies, bums, and car thieves. oh my!
