I have been at Harbor Oaks for one year. The community is gorgeous, kept up well and community areas are inviting. However after looking at some of the newer communities in northern Natomas I believe that Harbor Oaks does not offer competative housing. After renting for one year I was recently put on notice that if I renew for one year my rent will only stay the same; and if I sign for six months my rent will increase $50. Further if I choose not to resign but contine to live here, my rent will INCREASE $100. It is a very nice community and the staff is fairly helpful. There are better buys in Sacramento, shop around before you commit and regret the committment.
