We are living here while our new house is being constructed because they were one of the few places that offers month to month tenancy. We have only been there a week and I can't wait to get out. We went on our walk through with the management and walked into the worst stench imaginable. We told her it smelt like pet urine and she insisted the previous tenants had not had a pet...yeah right!! We were told to air out the apartment and it was just from it being closed up after the carpets were cleaned. A week later, with good airing and it smells like we have a pet in need of housetraining. We were told we complain and possibly move to a different apartment, moving all of our stuff again sounds great. They should have checked the unit before our move in date. Then we were told where our parking space was and despite our insistence that we did not get a parking space since we had a garage as well, two employees assured me we did and assinged me a space only to recieve a voicemail a week later telling me I did not have a parking space and would need to park somewhere else''' So I am penalized for their incompetence. We moved in on a Saturday but our gate cards did not work until Monday so we spent a weekend moving waiting for other cars to let us into the complex.

In such a short time, we have had so many problems. Their staff is incompetent and I have no deisre to deal with them. My apartment is an embarassment with an intolerable smell. Our move out is a few months away and cannot come soon enough!!

The rent is high for what you get, it is an older complex and is over-priced. I will say it is a quiet area and we are on the outskirts of the complex so rarely hear any noise. Had it not been for the short term lease option, we would have passed on this one.
