First the management is a joke and a half. Half of them don't do what they say they are going to do and when you ask them to fix a problem with a tenant, they take forever.
For a gated community, the gates are hardly ever closed. My vehicle was broken into and their "security" patrol is a joke.
Parking sucks tremedously and half the tenants don't know how to properly park their vehicles, so those of us with bigger vehicles can't fit.
They also forget to mention certain prices until it's time to pay for your rent and they tack on extra amount of money.
For a gated community I expected a whole lot more and the price is not worth it!! Move on!
