When first driving by, it looks nice. Take a tour in a model, and it looks great. Move in, and you realize what you've got yourself into. I've lived here almost a year, and I'm moving out as soon as I can. The gates are worthless being open all of the time, the "lake" they boast so proudly is a 1-2 foot deep water hole that happens to be rather large, and is very dirty when you actually look at it. Even the apartments they haven't re-modelled yet are not worth the price. You can find much better apartments for a much better rate, and I suggest you do.

First of all, go back to school since you have no understanding on grammer at all. Secondly, get yourself a life. What kind of person has nothing better to do than post negative comments about such a beautiful community. Maybe you should go back where you came from and leave Harbor Oaks alone

Wow. That is pretty harsh. The poster has an opinion that needs to be shared. And, while I appreciate your opinion, the "get a life" comment is a bit harsh. You asked if he had "nothing better to do". This is where he lives. Of course his comments are important to him. Harbor Oaks is simply where you work and I understand you take pride in your work. But this person actually lives there 24 hours a day - so please go easy on him.
