Not in the best area, but once you are inside, you would never know it. Surprisingly attractive and home-like, it has the feel of a small community rather than a cold apartment complex.
My two bedroom apartment is decent size. I was fortunate enough to get into one that has a back yard (or oversized patio). It's great for my puppies.
The apartment manager, Carol, is a very nice woman. She's chatty, but the best apartment manager i've come across.
The maintenance people are fast. The first day I moved in, I found my dishwasher was leaking. They came in the next day and replaced it. Also, a sprinkler head in the back yard popped off and was sprouting water all over the place. They came the next day to replace that as well.
Also, this apartment complex is QUIET (except for the occasional dog barking and cat screaching). But I'd rather hear lonley pets than car alarms and police sirens anyday.
This is the best apartment complex you will find for the minimal amount of rent you pay here. You won't be disappointed.
