this is a very nice "starter" apartment. meaning the deposit is low and they allow pets. but there are also some risks. damaged and stolen property being a problem. it IS gated but in the months that i was a resident there i had a car and bike stolen. and there is always some sort of weird "happenings" in the parking lots.

Because of the date on this resident's opinion, we are fairly certain who posted it. These residents were not happy people and we could never do anything to please them. So, please do not make a decision to rent from us based upon their opinion. We built this complex and have owned it for over 20 years. We take pride in our property and take care of our residents. Just look at all of the other positive opinions that are posted. Then, give us a call and come by and see the property for yourself. You will be pleased.
