The apartments are cheap and thats the only good part about them. The apartment above mine caught on fire and I now have severe water damage and now they won't do anything to fix it. They just told me it was safe to go in. The celiling and brown and sagging, the walls and stripped with brown spots but its ok to live there.

The incident this person refers to never happened at our complex. We have not had a fire there. They might have our complex confused with another property of the same name in the Sacramento region. We also suspect a previous difficult resident periodically goes to Apartmant Ratings and maliciously posts a negative opinion. Note that there are three negative opinions in 2006 which we know correspond with the move out of the difficult resident. Please review the other positive opinions and come by and see our property and meet our management staff for yourself. We think you'll agree, Heritage Park is a great place to call home and all who live there agree.
