I would never recommend this place. The apartment manager is extremely rude. She is only nice when you want to move in, but as soon as you do she won't even wave back to you when you drive by. She also does not do anything pertaining to her job. Parking is horrible. Some people get two parking spots where others are forced to fight for their parking every night they come home. And when they park in a reserved spot that no one ever ever uses, because all the other unreserved spots are taken, you get complained about. I've confronted the manager about parking and she did nothing. Also, one of the tenants with two reserved spots, doesn't even use her second spot. She is constantly parking in the guest parking, which is were people like us generally park, but can't because shes doing it. If I were to go park in her spot, that she isn't using, well not to be suprised I'd get a note on my car. Also she will tell you there is a no pitbull policy, but as soon as you move in you see three pitbulls going for walks. Also the long term residents here gossip about everyone like it is highschool. I spent a whole weekend without water, because their maintenance guy took a weekend break while fixing our shower (Which still isnt fixed but at least we have water still). All in all these apartments need new staff. We pay 725 dollars a month to never have anywhere to park, no water pressure, and a rude apartment manager.

We feel the last 2 ratings must have been done by the same person who is unhappy being at our complex. Everything they claim is untrue. We take a lot of pride in our property and the rating we got from them is unfair. If you are considering our property, please come by for yourself, meet the management and walk around the grounds. We know you will be impressed.
