I have been here since Aug 05, and am very happy. It's safe, affordable and the management is professional. I disagree with the previous post that accused management of being rude. I wave to the manager and maintenance guy. They always wave back. If something needs to be fixed they have taken care of it within 24hrs. I've been here for almost 3 years and have never noticed loud neighbors. I have not seen pitbulls here either. Bulldogs are not Pitbulls. We plan on staying here for a while and would recommend Heritage Park Apts to anyone.

Lol they aren't bulldogs. I can tell the difference. There are at least 4 pitbulls, one that can be seen outside on the balcony all the time. As I've said before, I have no problem with them, just don't understand why the manager allows them when the lease states they aren't allowed.
They never wave back to us, guess we are just not liked even though we are a quiet couple that keeps to ourselves.
