i never really liked living here. i lived here for about 8 months. my air conditioner went out in the summer and it took them a long time to respond to fixing it. my heater also went out in the winter and again, maintnence was slow to respond. our toilet was broken numerous times, we eventually gave up and paid for a new one because the staff would come and 'fix' it over and over and it would be broken again the same day. let me tell you, its not fun having to run to safeway everytime you gotta go. my apartment was also broken into and all my expensive things including tvs, stereos, computers, and jewlery were taken. VERY POOR locks on the windows. (thats how they got in). upon speaking to the manager about the break-in, she says she had witnesses saying they knew who did it and knew who had my things and what apartment it was in yet NO ACTION WAS TAKEN TO GET BACK MY THINGS. even the cops were slow to respond to my case because, and i quote, 'you cant trust one tweakers word over another'. they closed my case a couple weeks after i reported it. apparently my stuff was taken and sold for drugs. and yes i was aware upon months after living there that there are many drug dealers and users living in these townhomes. i DO NOT reccomend these townhomes to ANYONE. especially people with children. i would not want anyone to go through the horror i went through while living here.
