Where do I begin. Since moving in last year, I have lived in an insect-infested, shabbily constructed apartment. The grounds are in terrible condition once you move away from the front of the complex. It takes four or five calls to the office to get any maintenance work done. The "beautiful pond" in front of my apartment was a stagnent swamp throughout the entire summer. Have you ever smelt putred water that has been festering in the summer sun for months' It took them over six months to fix the problem with the pump. The staff is uncaring and pushes all the blame to the corporate office. The most significant incident, however, happened last month. A gentleman tried to lure me and my neighbor from our apartments. When we called the private security company that is in charge, they sent over a seventy year old man to apprehend the suspect. No offense, but my eight year old niece would have had a better chance of apprehending the suspect than this guy.If you are looking for a beautiful and safe environment, I beg you to keep on looking. The staff makes this apartment complex sound wonderful, but it really is not. And by all means, if you do choose this place, do not complain. They will hold it against you.
