Hidden Lake

From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/3/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   Aside from the high lease rate this complex has been good to us thus far. We have lived here just over a year. We started at $979 for a 2bd/2ba and it went up to $1079 for the second lease we signed. Maintanance is quick - has always come the day I complain of a leak or needing my shower recaulked. There is a gardening company here all day every tuesday and they keep the grounds very nice. The ponds have been worked on, apparantly, because the pumps are operating. The apartment was clean and newly renovated when we moved in. They also say they have a 25 lb weight limit on animals, but I have seen the manager look the other way when a large dog walks by. The security is kind of a joke, and there have been robberies in the complex. Plenty of parking, however, and the ducks are nice especially in the spring when there's babies. Nice pools, very clean, and a big HOT spa. New (small) fitness center as well. Pretty comfortable place to live.
