I have lived at Hidden Lake for over 2 years and am unhappy here. The rent has been raised by around $100 both times I have renewed. There is plenty of noise here when neighbors decide to listen to loud music, in addition to the anguish of neighbors heading to their cars to find them stolen or broken-into. Management is rude and unreasonable, except toward PROSPECTIVE renters (they kiss your behind until you sign the lease, then they are abrasive and rude). The ONLY good thing about living here has been the beautiful grounds, which are USUALLY well-maintained. However, the price of living here is unreasonably high for the living conditions.
