I lived here for 8 months. During my staying at Hidden Lake, I had been having noisy neighbor. She plays an electric bass at midnight in most day with huge sound and vibration because of low sound. It was too loudly to sleep. So I called security about it. But it was no helpful. They did nothing for me. I also asked apartment manager to stop her noise. But they did nothing either. Hidden Lake has many rude people who breaks the rule. Moreover, the apartment is very old and not well maintained. When I move in my room, I could find an accessory, hair pin and trash in a closet and a drawer. This means they did not clean at all. Their maintenance was like a joke or fake. However we need to pay cleaning fee. What an awesome people they are! The gate of Hidden Lake is a joke. Often left opened even if it is midnight. Eventually the gate left opened except night time. They maintain lawn well in ONLY in front of the gate where other people can see. I paid 1.5 times of rent and move out the apartment though my leasing term was not ended. I totally disagree with you, just for the fact that I lived there the same time you did and Its not all like you say. Yeah the gate had problems, All gates have problems. I've seen many gates stay open. The management was always helpful and nice. Maybe you were rude to them and they didnt like you. If you demand too much, then ya never know what you will get. Maintence a JOKE! HAH thats a joke. I had my kitchen sink replace, two bathrooms sinks replace and the water heater replaced in my apartment when I was there. So either your lying, nothing was really wrong or you expectations are completely screwed up. The grasses were always maintained because they hired someone to take care o them. They were a lil pricey, but the service was awesome!
