My husband lived here and becuase he did I have gotten a taste of the Management. He unfortunatley signed a six month lease to start in July until Dec in May. Shortly after that in June I recived and job offer and we got back together so he asked about canaceling the lease he signed which did not take effect until July his answer was NO then he ask well can I find someone to take over the rent until lease is over at first she said yes then recently she said No. We are black and all of our friends are black so those were the type of people he was finding. Iam feeling he has gotten the run around by Ginger and they better be happy I had nothing to do with this apartment because they would be speaking to the NAACP becasue I tape all m coversations when it comes to buisness with anyone people say one thing with you nd then another to other people. Discrimination is out there, she needs to remember consistancy is they key to staying out of court.

You make no sense at all. I just recently moved out bc of a work transfer and had to break my lease and Ginger explained everything to me very clearly. She made sure I knew that whoever I brought in qualified or else they wouldn't get approved. She's not going to just let anyone in, that's what I like about the place. I lived there for over a year and my work transferred me after I had just signed another 6 month renewal. And if your not the one dealing with Ginger how do you know what's going on and what's being told? Your husband could just be telling you what he understood from the conversation and you shouldn't be screaming discrimination. I've always been treated with the respect I deserve and I give her the same respect.

You Sign a lease for a reason and you know that there are terms of breaking a lease....So it sounds like you need to grow up your not a kid anymore so stop playing the race card it sounds like everything was fine until you dont get your way. and as far as recording a conversation I hope you tell people you are cause that is agaisnt the Law as well
