I must say i agree with both reviews. This place is amazing, but in the end a little too utopian. It's like plesantville or something... and i swear they put something in the water so you'll never leave. But all in all it is really clean and pretty cheap for all the stuff you get!!!

Thank you for telling the truth about this place it does seem super happy. I come from "leave it to beaver style of living" so this is probably the perfect place for me. I there anything else but way to perfect?

What do you get, well over $1000 for a one bedroom place, and 1 car garage. I think the price is way to high and to be honest they do not have anything more than any other complex, I can say I have never had so many problems and I have been renting around the world for about 30 years, this is the worst place I have ever rented from, the staff can be a nightmare. They screwed up my rent payments and wanted to evict me my first month because they could not read their own contracts, totally their fault but I had a very nasty letter on my door (not the only nasty letter I recieved), I can tell you this, most of the time the place is just negative and I mean that. Remember you are baying the same price as renting a real house and you have very little freedom and contant noise and the staff they dont really listen to you, in fact if you complain they will act like you are stupid, crazy and a jerk. All I can say is avoid this place and find something better, the club house is all fluff and nothing else. You know I thought the place was very pretty when I moved in, but I had no idea what it was really like, The garage noise wakes up up when the people next to you or below you come home, the wind rushes through the drafty walls and to be honest it is poorly constructed. For $1000 you can find a nice home someplace else that is solid. Sorry if I do not feel the same as you, I hope you have a wonderful time here but for me it has been a contant problem with the staff and the place is just way to small. I do not like it here.
