Okay, it seems to me that I had the chance to look around the Natomas area after I left Homecoming and Homecoming was the worst deal for the money in the area, and the most restrictive complex in the area, why would anyone rent there.
Thin walls, you here sexual sounds, toilets flushing, showers, washing machines and the garages sound like some monster is coming through the floor I could not sleep through the garage doors opening and closing below me. The management is completely nuts, every news letter they send out is negative and only says what you can not do. You pay big bucks and then you cant do anything. Also, dont expect the staff there to fix anything to fast, they won't. Don't expect them to care about your concerns they don't and they would rather you say nothing and just put up with it.
I have to say I was very unhappy at this complex and that is to bad because it could be a better place, lets see change the company, staff and lower the price, ya that would help.
The attitude of the company it seems from the very top is rather poor toward the needs and concerns of the people paying to stay there. Hard for me to understand that they think they can treat you badly when you are handing them lots of cash each month. Face it $1000 plus for one small bedroom. Come one people think about it, as soon as I realized they treated residents like college dorm room students and did not care at all as long as we shut up and handed over the check I was out of there as soon as I could. Buy the way, keep this in mind it is Del Paso Heights even if you call it Natomas, so you can expect the area to get worse but why the staff and managements sucks I can not understand. Go find a nicer place with more room. Good Luck.

Sounds like you and WTAfan are the same person. What kicks are you getting out of posting so many horrible reviews about this place. You should really get a life and move on.

Carlar11 sounds like you are Homecoming staff what kind of kicks are you getting from posting so many false good reviews? And stop making assumptions, I am sure you have way more unhappy residents that leave when they can and that is why the place is mostly empty. If only more people knew about this week site you would have tons more bad reviews, and you know that is right.

I live here at Homecoming and one of the reasons I moved here was all the rules. I'm quite happy that people are not allowed to fix their cars in the driveways, park anywhere they want, etc. Most of us just want to live in peace and don't have any need whatsoever to break any rules. Maybe you should move to the ghetto where there are no rules so you can do whatever you want and pay less money.

Natomas is no where near Del Paso Heights! Learn geography and spelling first before posting. Homecoming is off Del Paso ROAD, no Del Paso Heights!

I've been here as a resident for 2 years now, and i've been really happy. Since I have been here for a while, I am familiar with the staff, who always makes me feel welcome. The management always comes to take care of our maintenance needs, even in the middle of the night! It's clean, and security trucks are around constantly, which makes me feel safe. I appreciate permit parking only in the lots, because this means I always have a place to park. It is a bit pricey, but I believe it's all worth it.

Ahhh people!! I had looked a HCCS side and I found out that they rent to section 8 and low income.I decided to not live there at that price. Why should I pay high price rent when god knows who is allowed to live there! As far as I concered Natomas is getting Ghetto as you put it.I looked a several new places and as I was pulling into more than one place I was greeted by lot's of ------ hanging out in the street and parking lot as a gathering place. You can have Natomas....
