I'm quite happy here. I respect all the rules that the community has, and am more than willing to spend extra money on rent to have so many rules. I really don't want to see people fixing their cars in driveways, storing crap on their balconies, parking wherever they want and being noisy. If you are one to complain about the rules it would be great if you just went somewhere else to live so those of us who respect them could live in peace.

The rules are not bad... if only management was effective in upholding them! If they would have upheld them, it would have been a decent place to live, alas, this was not the experience we had during our time @ HC.
