Homecomings has a rule that you can only have 2 cars per home. If you are like me and have to drive sometimes hundreds of miles you might want to consider a commuter car, especially with gas prices being at $3 per gallon.
I recently had my third vehicle towed from Homecoming at a cost of $327. I let it go and asked for a second parking permit and if they're towing my car why are they not towing the 6 cars I saw without permits on my way to the office.
I was told to get out of her office and don't tell her how to run "her" complex.
No one without a permit is allowed to park inside the complex. If your mother visits you from out of town she might have to park 4 or 5 blocks away depending on the outside parking which is a mess.
One evening I couldn't find a single spot outside the complex so I spoke with the night manager about my situation and having 3 cars. He told me to go ahead and park inside and don't worry about it any more, he'll make sure of it.
Well again two nights ago my car was towed again. That's almost $600 additional in towing fees on top of $1500 per month rent.
All I asked for was another parking permit to park in front of my apartment where there's always parking available.
I think when you pay what we pay at this place the management should be going out of there way to take care of tenants.
Instead they have a sign in the front window of the office telling you how to get your towed vehicle back for every new tenant to see.
The management and office here is a mess. The problem is they have a bunch of young people who know nothing about property management. The whole office should be overhauled.
