I moved into a two bedroom about a year ago and I really like it here! Yeah maybe parking is not the greatest, but every complex has bad parking! I have lived all throught the Sacramento and Davis area and this is by far, the nicest place. I don't know why everyone keeps complaining, have you people never lived at any other complexes' I have had some maintenance issues and the staff was very nice to me and they took care of it right away. I would suggest that if you are considering moving to Homecoming, don't pay too much attention these reviews, just see for yourself. Come on, they have their own movie theater. It is way worth the money!

yes, please see for yourself... get locked in to a lease only to find yourself in a bad situation. seriously? you're plugging the movie theatre as the reason? A 51" t.v. shared by kids that can run in & out at will and tenants bringing groups of friends that talk through the entire movie - spend your avg $1400/mo elsewhere. The ameneties look great, but are not worth it at all!
