I'm about 1/2 through my one year lease with homecoming, and over all, I have been pleased with my experience here. Parking is usually pretty good but can be a problem late at night. Parking permits are supposed to be displayed and numerous times when I have come home and couldn't find a place it was because guests were parked inside the complex and after numerous complaints to the management the problem is still persisting. The manager is not very good at following up and doesn't seem to care about problems, even when my pet was attacked by another resident's dog! Myself and several other residents feel Hector is a "shady" character, so talk to someone else when looking here. However, overall the office staff is friendly, especially Kenisha, although I think she has recently left.
Seems like a safe place although one of my neighbors encountered an incident where a man approached her door and when she looked out the window to see who it was he ran away...kind of scary. The night manager also mentioned that a resident had come home one night to find her door wide open. But things like this can happen anywhere.
The apartment is nice and maintenance has always responded promptly to requests. It's a nice place to live but it's pretty pricey.
