I actually was an employee in the office/leasing area a couple of years ago. EVERY RENTAL PLACE will have it's issues. However, when I was there it was a very classy place to live and work. I ALWAYS took residents issues quite seriously and got on them promptly as did the chain of command. Joyce was NOT the manager at this time, but am happy to hear she now is. She is a wonderful person. I am sad to hear so many of the good ones are gone. The HOMECOMING is not the unsafe factor...it is infact the entire NATOMAS area that has been kissed with the low life crap filtering through the area. If you choose to live there....be aware of your surroundings and don't blame anyone but the crimanals them selves.

I lived @ HC from 04-05. In general, stafff was good; however the management was horrid at best, and yes, the above mentioned was a part of the management team at that time. We did not have problems w/ criminal activity, per se, but we did have inconsiderate neighbors continually breaking "the rules." Management was ineffective in dealing with situation. The looks were great, but not worth it at all.
